The advantages of the project

►Land clearance
The entire area in which there is 1544 ha of land and water surface of Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism project was compensated and cleared to prepare construction investment. The investor shall not waste much time and money to clear the ground.

►The procedure of the investment:
Management Board of Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism was empowered to issue the investment license, construction license, the approval of project by the Government; therefore, investment procedures will be made in-site and quickly without submitting to many levels like other projects (see the Decision of Prime Minister regulated function, rights and organizational structure of Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism’s Management Board).

►Location and landscape
Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism shall be built in convenient position and it takes 35-40 km to go to Hanoi center for local people. This is a half-mountain half-plain area, including a lot of hills and mountains, valleys and pure lakes. There are fresh nature landscape and rich flora and fauna with many types in the project area. In some coming years, Hoa Lac Street might be expanded and travelling time can be shortened about 30 minutes, so this project area will be attractive position to tourists.

►Overall plan 
According to the overall plan of Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism approved by Prime Minister, the entire project is a diversified population with many different functional areas, which is a mixture of culture, tourism, vocation and recreation. There can be absorbed a large of tourists from the other areas of the project if a person invests into an item. In contrast, such investor’s customers can use a lot of different service types. Due to the diversity and scale of the project, the length of the stay may be increased because customers will use many services.

►Detailed planning
On the basic of the overall planning and classification of functional areas, Management Board of Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism encourages investors to self-propose the detail planning for each project in order to satisfy the needs of investment and exploitation.

►General infrastructure
The entire general infrastructure of the project such as the main road, parking, electric and water system, landscape will be invested by the Government; therefore, the investors may be enjoyed advantages during investment and exploitation.

►The adjacent projects 
In addition, the various services of Vietnam National Village, there are some adjacent projects, which have been and are implemented to support the business activities of the project. The typical projects are: Golf Ground, Vua Island, National Park, Vietnam National University area, Hoa Lac high technology area, etc.

►The preferential policies
Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism project is a national key one, which is prior to invest by the State of Vietnam. Vietnamese government commits to apply the preferential structure and policies to attract the investors.

►Price of land lease 
The land of Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism will be leased at more preferential price than that of other projects in the whole country.
